Fun At The Deluxe

Phillip and I walked up to The Deluxe Bar & Grill this afternoon.

We got there around three o’clock. We knew we were too early for the kitchen to open, but we sat and had drinks before an early dinner (or late lunch). It was better than sitting in a hot apartment.

While we were getting good and buzzed, we passed my phone back and forth, using Buzzfeed’s AI generators to turn celebrities into Shrek. In other words, we took turns thinking up a celebrity, typing their name into the generator, and see what they’d look like as Shrek.

There were many duds, including Melania Trump, Ron Jeremy, and The Rock. There were also some awesome images.

Here are, we agreed, the best, presented in alphabetical order. I won’t tell you which one of us submitted the name.
